Which font should I use on a DesignMerge Code 128 Barcode Keyword Link?

Any of the Code 128 A fonts and Code 128 B fonts that are provided with the Meadows Bar Code Module can be applied to any of the three subsets of this barcode (Code128 A Barcode, Code128 B Barcode, or Code128 C Barcode). The difference between the Code 128 A fonts and the Code 128 B fonts is that a Code 128 B font is wider than its corresponding Code 128 A font.

You can find all of the fonts for DesignMerge Bar Codes in the DesignMerge product folder, which the DesignMerge installer places by default in your system's Applications or Product folder. You will find the fonts in the following location inside the DesignMerge product folder: DesignMerge Documentation > Bar Code Module > Bar Code Fonts. Each set of fonts is provided in a Macintosh PostScript Type 1, OpenType, and Windows PostScript Type 1 format.

A special note for those using DesignMerge on a Macintosh OS X 10.5 and above: Please note the Rivers Edge Code 128 Open Type fonts do not support Mac OS X 10.5 and above, however the Code 128 PostScript Type 1 fonts are compatible.

For more information about the Meadows Bar Code Module which allows you to add variable bar codes to your DesignMerge VDP jobs, see the Barcode Module Manual, available in PDF format in the DesignMerge product folder on your system.
